let me just say, this is an EXTREMELY good game! tons of fun if you love fast-paced games. I do have a major critique though now that I've enjoyed this game for a few months: It does take way too long to unlock new airports. should be like 25 levels not 40. I'd rather enjoy more new places sooner than to stay super long in one place with 50 new food items. Too many new foods get overwhelming, and the game gets too hard, but overall, LOVE the game and the challenge. I play it all the time! 🙂
LOVE this game, BUT after unlocking a third airport it is way too difficult to earn a fuel. you can only play a few levels and then you have to wait basically 24 hours to play this game again. I wish they had some kind of offer wall where you could earn gems or fuel!!! or if you could at least watch endless ads?? I would much rather spend a long time watching ads then pay money.
game is ok. keeps freezing up .. well not necessarily freezing once you're playing its stops letting you click the trays which messes up your order because you have to have a tray to put the items on ... please fix this glitch is so bad I want to delete the app .. I'll have 5 guests left asks I'll end up losing those 5 because it glitches and doesn't let you click on the trays
I really do love this game! I just completed the Denver airport, and while it can feel overwhelming at times, it’s incredibly rewarding when you finally beat a tough level. The one downside for me is how long it takes for fuel to replenish. It takes 10 minutes to earn 1 fuel, so you only get 6 fuels per hour—but each level costs 10 fuel to play. I wish the fuel either replenished faster or that levels required less fuel (ideally half for both options). Still, overall, this game is amazing!
The game is really fun and find myself playing it a lot in the beginning, but as you progress, you become absolutely broke with no way to earn more coins. Initially, you earn coins by completing the levels and signing in each day, but as you progress in upgrades, you spend WAY more than you earn, and because you've played through the levels already, you can't earn more coins. You become soft-locked, and that's where this game goes downhill.
In the beginning, it was a lot of fun to play. Ads are barely minimal too. It can be challenging because there's so much to keep track of, but I do like the details that go into it. After a while though, resources (i.e., fuel) and currency (i.e., gems) are spent so much more quickly and it's not as much fun anymore. Overall, if the gameplay was similar to how it was in the beginning, I would definitely play a lot more. Thanks.
Ive spent a lot of money on this game. Hard to earn coins. U win 150 coins per completed level on average while everything costs 5,000+. but that's fine. Willing to buy coins fuel &gems because the game is fun and well done so shouldn't be free. I won't play the challenges that make u pay fuel and you win nothing in return unless u place in the top 3 which is impossible so why bother. Also, this is the only time management game I play that constantly experiences lags and "cant connect to server"
Loved this game at first. It's super fun, addictive, and challenginbut being addicted to it becomes a burden later on. Fuel, gems, and coins are quickly drained no matter how smart you play. I spent some money just to pass levels with upgraded equipment. Now without upgraded equipment, I am at a stand still in the game. I can only replay levels I have played before and those don't grant you anything but a few coins...no gems. I'm not rich so I can't pay to win. I'm bummed.
Been playing this game for a while and i have very much enjoyed it. Recently, when I watch ads, the game crashes and none of the rewards are saved. Same when I am starting a level and it shuts down immediately- fuel is gone when I reload. Very frustrating. Also, when I go to collect the gem from the smiles reward, it shuts down the game.
Fun game, but very difficult to get enough money and gems to make upgrades and pass levels. Also, some items you drag, and some you click, and the items are very difficult to drag. It often takes me 5 tries to move the bag to the trash or the cup to the dispenser in NY. And there needs to be an option to move an item OFF the tray or at least have a "holding" tray.
Game is fun and rewarding. The problem I seem to have is with the bonus chef's game. Each time I have joined it says hours or days left - I clear 3 or 4 levels and it says times up even if it's only been 15 minutes. Plus, I fall further behind first place. They inadvertently get double or triple my score. Grrrr. If the playing field is level, I don't see how. I have about $50 into this game so upgrading isn't the answer.
This has been by far my favorite game to play on my downtime. I love the challenge it gives me to focus. My only complaint is the glitches. A lot of times I can be in the middle of a level and the game just reboots. Now recently, I open the app and it closes me back out. I haven't had access the past few days, and I just spent money to gain more jewels and fuel. I've cleared my cache as I've seen on another post and restarted my phone. Please fix as all my other apps are fine.
Fix the glitches in this game. It would be a good game if it didn't constantly crash and say, "The server isn't available, try again in 15 minutes" in the middle of almost every game. It still takes the fuel even if it crashes too so it's not worth the frustration. Don't bother with this game until/unless they fix it. Also, they clearly don't want to fix it. If this many people are having server issues, I can guarantee it's not an issue with our devices. Stop blaming us and fix your game.
This used to be my favorite game and have spent way more money on than any other mobile game I've had, but the recent update has changed that for me and might just be done playing. You used to get all the "money" you collected in a level to use on upgrades. Now you get barely 10% of it and have to watch an ad just to get that much, but all the upgrades have stayed the same cost. So what used to be a fun, engaging and challenging game has become a ridiculously monotonous slow grind. ☹️
You need to fix this game. I tried playing a level, and then the game crashed. All my fuel was gone, as were my gems(luckily I didn't have that many and that I also didn't pay real money for them). I also restarted my device just before playing, so no need to tell me to do that. This game could be better, it just needs some major fixes(and bring back the free fuel option!). Edit–Thanks for bringing back free fuel. Still having server issues, though.
Well, something funny just happened. I logged on May 16, but for some reason, every single daily reward for May was available. In total, I got at least 10 gems and 60 fuel. This is definitely a glitch. Anyway, the game is super fun and I change my mind on the difficulty of the levels. They are actually not that hard. The only slightly bothering thing is the fuel, making it difficult to play more than a few levels at a time.
I really like this game, but I tried to purchase unlimited fuel for 4 hours and while the charge went through, I have been unable to play the game since. I emailed, but have received no assistance or refund. Super irritated!! Don't spend money on this app!!! Edit: this situation has been resolved. Mistakes and errors happen, but resolving them is what really matters. I will continue to enjoy this game, thank you!
It's a cool concept for a cooking game I think the food cooks too slowly while the customer's demands are fast. What really bothers me is that I have the keep dragging their orders to the bubbles when the player should be able to just click on the complete order and should automatically be given to the customer. Having to repeatedly drag the other hurts my fingers and that's not enjoyable nor fun. This could have easily gotten 4-5 stars if it wasn't for this. I had to uninstall.
It's initially addicting, but gets kind of boring after a while. Unable to play more than 5 rounds without having to get "fuel" by watching ads or paying. Can't get gems to upgrade items without having to pay, watch ads, or get "smiles" from playing (which goes back to the "fuel" comment). The game really wants you to just spend money and puts you in these intense playing situations where you feel like paying is the easiest way to move forward.
Honestly didn't think I'd be enjoying this game as much as I have been. There aren't a ridiculous amount of ads or anything. Normal amount. The game is a ton of fun too. It isn't a pay to win game. Edit: it was alot of fun at first. Once you're done with Denver (starting area) you have to have gems in order to progress. And then your fuel to place matches runs dry super quickly and easily and there's no way on getting more without buying it. It doesn't refresh. So it's a fun game at first.
